Grow at Work
Gain useful business skills in 60 minutes instead of 20 years
A new course exclusively for twenty-somethings
You may be lucky enough to get plenty of training from your employer...
But you may not be employed... or your employer may be struggling to afford the time and money for training... or the training on offer might be very narrowly focused.
So here's an informal course on things you should know if you're going to grow.
Some of these are 'hard' skills, some are 'soft'. Both types matter. The idea is to help you get ahead that bit faster. Some of these things took me 20 years to learn - why wait that long?
How it works
1Sign up
Just complete the form below. Add any questions you have - about any of the topics that I'll be covering - and I'll do my best to answer them.
2Join in whenever you can
Join as many sessions as you can. Each one will be on Zoom and will last around an hour. I’ll talk through the topic, answering as many of your questions as possible. I'll include a few quizzes and a bit of non-scary interaction for those who want to join in. I’ll give you some new ways to think about things, and some experiments to try out.
3Donate if you wish
The course is free, although I suggest an optional donation of £5 a session. I won’t mind in the least bit if you choose not to pay. All the money will go to pay 3rd party expenses or to 'pay it forward' for future trainees.
Final session: Tuesday 23rd March 2021 at 6pm GMT
12. Wellbeing
